EASY and QUICK Dumplings 2 Ways Chive and Cabbage

Introduction

Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this coronavirus pandemic. Special request from a lovely co-worker of mine for this dumpling request. I jumped to the opportunity and requested for my grandma’s recipe! Here’s another craving I’ve been having since this shelter-in-place policy – dumplings with 2 different fillings to your liking. Chives Pork Dumplings & Bok Choy (Napa Cabbage) Pork Dumplings! After wrapping it, you can steam it, boil it, or pan fry them like I did. Enjoy! 🙂

Ingredients & Price:

For Chives Dumplings:

  •  1/2 pound of minced pork – $1.50 (marinated with 1.5 tsp of salt, sugar, corn starch, white pepper, sesame oil, rice cooking wine, soy sauce)
  • 200 grams of chive – $0.25
  • 50 grams of ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 stalk of green onion
  • 25 dumpling wrappers

For Napa Cabbage Pork Dumplings

  • 1/2 pound of minced pork – $1.50 (marinated with 1.5 tsp of salt, sugar, corn starch, white pepper, sesame oil, rice cooking wine, soy sauce)
  • 200 grams of bok choy (napa cabbage) – $0.25
  • 50 grams of ginger
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • 1 stalk of green onion
  • 25 dumplings wrappers

For Dipping Sauce
